How it works

The RMD is public. That means the FCC, your upstream carriers and we can all see what is missing in your filing. We fix that before it becomes a problem.

01

We check your public filing

We compare your RMD listing and attached mitigation plan against the current FCC requirements and list every gap in plain English.

02

We prepare the documents

Recertification answers, an updated mitigation plan and certification text, drafted from a short questionnaire about your network.

03

You submit, we keep watch

You review and submit in the FCC portal. We remind you before March 1 and whenever a change starts the 10-business-day clock.

What we keep an eye on

The rules small providers most often miss.

Annual recertification

Every existing RMD filer must recertify and resubmit its filing each year by March 1. The first round was due March 1, 2026.

47 CFR § 64.6305 · DA 26-72

10-business-day updates

A new address, contact, owner or role in the call chain must be reflected in your filing within 10 business days.

Effective Feb 5, 2026

Accurate certifications

False or inaccurate information carries a $10,000 base forfeiture per filing. A plan copied from a template is a common weak spot.

Federal Register, Jan 6, 2026

Removal risk

A removed provider's traffic must be blocked by other carriers. The FCC removed more than 1,200 providers in August 2025 and removed more in September 2026.

Questions

Are you a law firm?

No. We prepare documents and track deadlines; we do not give legal advice and we do not file on your behalf. You stay the filer and sign your own certifications. If your situation needs counsel, we will tell you.

Where does my data come from?

From the FCC's public Robocall Mitigation Database listing and the documents attached to your filing. Anyone can view them, which is exactly why gaps matter.

Who is this for?

Small VoIP providers, IT/MSP firms reselling voice, cooperatives and municipal utilities that must keep an RMD filing but don't have a regulatory department.

What does the free check include?
